Blue Pony works with clients in a variety of ways and relationships are established based on the client’s preferences. Our staff can work as an outside design team where your client’s may or may not know about our involvement. This allows you to work as an intermediary and use our services as a value-added benefit to your business model. Other companies have preferred to recommend Blue Pony as a preferred provider and to contact us for content creation services. This way your client receives the same high quality content but enables you to focus on your core-competencies.
Project Development Process
Blue Pony has established a great process to work and communicate with our clients. The first step is discussing the potential project and to receive as much information as possible. This step includes the set up of a client preview page on our secure FTP site. This site can be branded with your company logo and a unique username and password can be assigned for each project. Clients can upload any documents, images, and videos that would be useful in the animation. This allows our staff to discover the scope of the project and to progress into the second step of generating a quote.
Blue Pony quotes not to exceed so there aren’t any unforeseen costs as the end of the project. Quotes are based on how many hours it will take to gather assets and build the animation. Once the quote is approved we will clarify any remaining questions and begin production. Our creative staff can repurpose existing marketing materials and assets or will acquire new royalty-free images and graphics for the project.
Once the animation is complete the designer will prepare a preview and place it on your secure FTP site. On this site clients can view, approve, and pause the video to make notes or request a change exactly where it needs to happen. Blue Pony then makes any revisions and places the final output file on the FTP site for download.
