Combat Ops

What do you do with a dead-end, dimly-lit hallway? You transform it into a portal that peers into a chaotic, war-torn, multi-dimensional, virtual world of course! That was our mission coming into this project - to transform an unused space in the most captivating way possible.

THE CHALLENGE

Transform a brick wall into an evolving scene that peaks into another dimension.

THE PROCESS

After assessing the space and budget, we chose projection for this installation. We then began the process of creating a dystopian cityscape themed for Combat Ops.

THE RESULT

After months of animating, optimizing, and rendering, we got to see it full scale, and the effect was well worth it. Head over to Combat Ops to check it out for yourself!
